He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Ramsey and Elizabeth Ramsey (Lee); his wife Kay Francis Long; his children, Carla Ramsey and Steven Ramsey; and his brother Eric Zier.
He is survived by: his children, David Ramsey (Pam), Teresa Hall (Rodrick), Gary Smith (Mary) and Cindy Dietz (Frank); and his brothers, Bob Ewart and Chuck Ewart. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
