He was predeceased by: his father Mark Siple. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Brunke (Hewitt); the mother of his children Jessica Bernheisel; his daughters, Kennedy, Evyr and Ember; his brothers, Ben Shepherd and Vincent Shepherd (Sarah); his grandmother Lois Siple; and his uncle Dan (Lisa).
