He is survived by: his mother Flora Burkett (Burkett); his brothers, Gary and Roy Cousins; his niece Billie Joe; his grandchildren, Tayley Histed Garry Holland (Zach Histed) and Ben; and his great great grandchildren, Grant and Melony.
