Gary Wear Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2022, at the age of 79, Gary Wear of Vermontville, Michigan, born in Sycamore, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Wear to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Wear (Behlar) and Mervin Wear; and his brother James "Jim" Wear. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Neumaier (Karl) and Heidi Mater (Mike); his sisters, Susan and Nancy Halverson (Roy); his grandchildren, Joshua Neumaier (Sydney), Kristopher, David Neumier, Ali, Ridge, Cannon Mater and Hailey Kikendall; and his nieces, Rorry Skora (Tom), Tammy Balogh (Tom) and Abby Spitzer. He is also survived by 7 great nieces & nephews and 3 great great nieces.
Gary understood the importance of "giving back", and for many years served as the Northeast Regional Chairman for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Post Commander for the American Legion Post 45 in Hastings, Michigan.
