She is survived by: her husband Melvin Hoffman; her children, Charmel Hulsebos and Daniel Hoffman; and her siblings, Jill Cardenas (Amado "Crow"), Gray Secord (Etha) and Charles Secord. She is also survived by 6 grand children, and 14 great grandchildren.
