He is survived by: his wife Rene; his children, Dominique (Ronnie Shaw), Trent (Raenia Bellamy), Hailey (Kevin Pratt), Trevor and Dana Bellamy (Rodammer); his grandchildren, Sydney, Karlie, Ryder Shaw, Easton, Averi Bellamy, Makenna and Pratt; his siblings, Penny Germain, Doug Bellamy, Rod (Cindy Bellamy), Becky Gorleski and Todd (Denise Bellamy); his siblings-in-law, Randy (Molly Camp), Rusty (Staci Camp) and Rhonda Hernandez; and his pet Finn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
