He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Patyk and Estelle Patyk (Przybla). He is survived by: his wife Joanie; his children, Adam Wyatt Patyk (Jessica), Jamie Carroll (Shane) and Sandrine Howard (John); his siblings, Robert Patyk and Marie DeCicco (Tony); his nephews, Michael and Christopher; and his niece Nicole.
