We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Norma Jean Erickson of Vassar, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wight and Arthela Wight (Floud); her husband Robert Erickson; her brother Robert Wight; her granddaughter Sarah Hood; and her sister-in-law Kathy Wight.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Hood (James), Kevin Erickson and Glen Erickson; her grandson Nathan Hood; her siblings, Jane Hartner (Max), Donald Wight and James Wight (Penny); and her sister-in-law Janice Wight. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hanlin Funeral Home - Vassar (1148 W Saginaw Rd, Vassar, MI 48768). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grace Lutheran Church, Vassar.
