We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2024, at the age of 80, Nancy R. (Frost) Palmreuter of Vassar, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Frost and Theyo Frost (Rosencrants); her parents-in-law, Louise and Clarence Palmreuter; her sister Betty Ward; and her brothers-in-law, Wade Ward, Cay Johnson, Richard Block and John Voss.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Palmreuter; her children, Mark Palmreuter of Vassar, MI, Krystal Helbig (Paul) of Katy, TX, Mary Cowan (Woody) of Buckley, IL, David Palmreuter (Sandra) of Vassar, MI, Michael Palmreuter of Cape May, NJ and Kathy Palmreuter of Fort Wayne, IN.; her grandchildren, Jeremy O'Keefe (Whitney), Zachary Palmreuter, Kanen Helbig (McKenzie), Paige Helbig, Cade Helbig, Hunter Helbig (Allie), Summer Helbig, Hope Helbig, Kayla Biggs (Trey), Dalton Cowan (Kellie), Luke Cowan, Jacob Palmreuter, Benjamin Palmreuter and Mebret Palmreuter; her great grandchildren, Karli O'Keefe, Easton O'Keefe, Harvey Palmreuter, Payton Helbig, Pierce Helbig, Benjamin Helbig, Leo Biggs, Penn Biggs and Bay Biggs; her siblings-in-law, Ken, Martha Palmreuter of Rapid City, SD, Dianne Voss of Frankenmuth, MI, Marajean Block of Lambertville, MI, Gary and Marsha Palmreuter of Glen Ellyn, IL; and her caregivers, Jodi, Betsy and Megan of Wellspring Hospice. She is also survived by many special friends, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Lutheran Church (3455 S Van Buren Rd, Reese, MI 48757). A burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at the St. Michael's Lutheran Cemetery (3400 S Van Buren Rd, Reese, MI 48757).
