He was predeceased by: his father Frank Sayles; his wife Delores Whaley; his son-in-law Kevin Doud; and his siblings, Orville, Art, Eleanor, Ken and Lucille.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Doud Menzies (Keith), Darcy Foether (Bruce) and Dan Sayles (Wendy); his siblings, Harvey Sayles (Ellie) and Joyce Whaley (Doug); and his sister-in-law Janet Opperman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
