Gary Lynn DeCou Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2024, at the age of 74, Gary Lynn DeCou of Vassar, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elston DeCou and Genevieve DeCou of Vassar, MI; and his grandson McCollough Christopher DeCou. He is survived by: his wife Sally Rogers DeCou; his son Steve DeCou (Amy); his granddaughter Sadie Jane of Suwanee, GA; his son Andy DeCou (Joy) of St Louis, MO; his granddaughters, Madelynne DeCou (Creed) and Katie; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Mia Kate and Amanda DeCou Hawkins (Dale); his grandchildren, Nathan, Olivia and Christopher of Newport, TN.; and his sister Marilyn Cunningham of Saginaw, MI. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In later years Alzheimer's robbed Gary of his memory, his dreams, and his pursuits.
