He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferris, Sr. Rowe and Hilda Irene Smith (Smith); and his brother Eugene Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Fox; his daughters, Crista and Cara; his siblings, Beverly Stratton (Larry) and Ernest Rowe; and his sister-in-law Catherine Rowe (Eugene). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Bullard Sanford Memorial (520 W Huron Ave, Vassar, MI 48768). The date for that is yet to be announced, and an rsvp will be required for attendance.
