He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Scribner and Ivah Scribner (White); his wife Carol A. Cowper of Kingston; and his siblings, Doris Doig, Marge Opperman and Delmar Scribner.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Morehead, David Scribner (Lynn) and Sally Hoard (Dan); his grandchildren, Christopher Morehead (Jessica), Steven Morehead (Lucy), Nicole Ostrander (Nathan), Rachel Birdsley (Michael), Sara Scribner and Sean Scribner; and his great grandchildren, Emily Scribner, Aubree Ostrander and Isabelle Birdsley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
