He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Gunther and Elsie Gunther (Liedtke); his wife Norma Bogert; his sister Elaine Rohn (Clarence); and his sister-in-law Margaret Ann Bogert.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Gunther, Deborah Tessmer (Paul) and Christine Pellar (Phillip); his grandchildren, Andrea Hingtgen (Andrew), Matthew Tessmer (Madeline), Alyssa Tessmer, Nicole Tessmer, Brandon Wenzel, Jennifer Holloman, James Pellar (Misty), Kathryn Pellar, Kristine Torrez (Almicar) and Phillip R. Pellar; his great grandchildren, Aiden Jacobs and Emerly Hingtgen; and his brother-in-law Richard Bogert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
