He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Perez and Joyce Perez (Miller); his son Brian Perez; and his siblings, Ron, Joe and Kathy.
He is survived by: his sons, Philip Perez and Josue Perez (Ashley); his grandchildren, Shawn, Brayden, Cheyenne, Kellie, Rachel, Alivia and Jackson; his great grandchild Kassidy; and his siblings, Tom, Paul and Barb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
