Spicer; his children, Jordan, Kialee and Miyah of Vanderbilt; his brothers, Tom Jose of San Antonio, TX, Tim Jose of Gaylord and Terry Jose (Nancy) of Berlin, PA; his parents-in-law, Lenville and Judy Spicer of Lewiston; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Scott of Lewiston, Bradley Spicer of Johannesburg, Joshua Spicer of Ossineke, James Spicer of Garden City and Burton Spicer of Edinburg, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
