He is survived by: his mother Amanda Green (Kerry); his close friend Aliyah Suiter; his son Saxtin; his father Jeffrey Green (Joy); his grandparents, Sandy Green, Susan Goodenough, Kay Colbeck and Mark Kerry (Elaine Beck); his siblings, Cole, Levi Green, Ryse Brink and Raina Brink; his aunts and uncles, Chris (Jennifer), Scott Green, Wally Szunko, Rochelle Kerry, Jackie Colbeck and Jennifer Szunko; his stepsiblings, Ross Spreeman, Alyson Spreeman and Melissa Whitman; his cousins, Samantha, Larissa, Hilarie, Jack, Justus, Eddy, Kurtis of Andrew, AJ, Madison, Aleksa, Cole and Jenna; and also Aliyah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to his son, Saxtin Thomas Green, to be used for future schooling.
