He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Francis and Mary Francis (Fiel); his wife Eleanor; his children, Douglas Francis (Colleen), Dennis Francis (Tracy), Laura Francis (Donald Sevenski) and Sharon Lucas; his stepsons, Keith Sides (Sue), John Sides (Janet) and Doug Sides (Karen); his daughter Rose Ann Taylor; and his sister Dorothy Nowak. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; three step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
