He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Chaffee and Mary Chaffee (Savage); and his son Greg. He is survived by: his wife Joan Weldon; his children, Randy, Nicholas (Sandra) and Lisa (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Carol; his grandchildren, Ann, Mary, Matthew, Adam, Chloe, Luke, Becky, Zach and Katie; and his siblings, Alice Wilson of Harrison, MI, Paul (Harumi) of Sacramento, CA and Elizabeth Noeske (Hugo). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
