She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Holborn. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Holborn (Slater); her husband Gregory; her children, Amber Musall of Vanderbilt, Scott Musall (Tanya) of Vanderbilt, Dustin Musall (Dawn) of Vanderbilt, Nicole of Vanderbilt, Ashlyn of Vanderbilt and Olivia Dutcher of Vanderbilt; her grandchildren, Elijah, Kaidynce and Aiden; and her brothers, William Holborn (Kay) and Charles Holborn (Karen). She is also survived by four step-children and numerous step-grandchildren.
