She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hart and Freda Hart (Wingo); her husband Joseph; and her siblings, Russell, Eugene Hart and Betty Ciszewski.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Sherman (Myke) of Boyne Falls, Kevin Koscielniak of Tallahassee, FL and Ken Koscielniak (Penny) of Vanderbilt; her sisters, Shirley Kopcak and Alice Yeoman; and her sister-in-law Helen Hart. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
