He is survived by: his wife Curley Ballard of Vandalia; his children, Nancy Ballard of Cassopolis, Willie Ballard, Jr. (Dawn Copley) of Elkhart, Rodney Ballard, Sr. (Nicole) of Buchanan and Lynell Ballard, Sr. (Lynell Brown) of Elkhart; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Ballard of Prattville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Willie "Scooter" Ballard III (Kevin Bailey), Morgan Forest, Malik Ballard, Marquise Hall (Krissy), Rodney Ballard, Jr., Jarius Ballard, Lynell "LJ" Ballard, Jr. (Jade Gatson), Lindsey Johnson, LaQuisia Ballard and Janea Ballard; his great grandchildren, London McNair, DJ McNair, Aria Hall, Paris Ballard and Scarllet Ballard; and his siblings, Velma Danzy of Grand Rapids, Pearl Hunt (Joseph) of Cassopolis, Dorothy Williams of Elkhart and Kenneth Williams (Arlene) of Portage. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
