She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas and Virgie Caldwell (Ratliff). She is survived by: her children, James Staggs, Sr. of Vandalia and Katherine Harmon (Benjy) of Cassopolis; and her grandchildren, Heather Staggs, Brittany Staggs, James Staggs Jr., Alexis Winchester and Ashley Harmon. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; five sisters; seven brothers; and a host of nieces and nephews.
