She is survived by: her daughter Krystal Johnston of Constantine; her boyfriend Douglas Johnston of White Pigeon; and her siblings, Kim Mathews (Stevan) of Vandalia, Wayne Neff (Nanette) of Nashville and Michael Neff (Alice) of Ohio.
