He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry West and Betsy Woolley (Davis); his wife Colette Berndt; and his stepdaughter Cheryl Harper. He is survived by: his former husbands, Jason Woolley, Matthew Woolley, Ethan Woolley (Lisa) and Aaron Woolley; his son Jack Woolley (Sarah); his stepchildren, Randy Milliken (Mona), Rick Milliken (Bobbie), Marianne Cobarrubias (Frank), Patti Spice (Jack) and Pamela Podemski; his stepson-in-law Charlie Harper; and his siblings, Lori Woolley and Monte Woolley. He is also survived by thirty one grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
