He is survived by: his father Donald Ellsworth of Fayette, Ohio; his wife Christine Marie Hoaglin; his sister Rebecca Lovelass of Madison, Wisconsin; his children, Angelina Sabatino (James) of Three Rivers, Katrina Glasgow of Fort Wayne, Selena Cressman (Scott) of Portage, Anna Glasgow of Kalamazoo, Gerald Glasgow (Adrianna) of Utica, Kelly Glasgow of Elkhart and Lily Falkenstein (Nick) of Sturgis; his grandchildren, Lashaya Glasgow, Malea Boring, Michale Combs, Nalicia Horton, Keagan Boring, Nolan Cressman, Isaac Cressman, Grant Cressman, Aaliyah Pulliam and Colton Falkenstein; his great grandchild Na'Riyah Horton; and his mother-in-law Barbara Hoaglin of Greenville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
