She is survived by: her husband Ronald B. Stigger of Vandalia; her children, Cherice Nicole Stigger, Rommel Eugene Stigger and Justin Maurice Stigger (Pamela); her grandchildren, Sabrial and Izzy Stigger; and her sister Diane Phillips.
