O'Keefe (Sherie) and Karen O. Bernard (Robert); his grandchildren, William D. O'Keefe (Jessica), Shawn O'Keefe (Juliette), Brandon Figueroa (Amber), Patrick O'Keefe (Taryn), Emily Good (Ryan), Matthew O'Keefe (Amanda), Evan Bernard, Seth Bernard, Anthony Damm and Viviana Damm; and his great grandchildren, Nora, Emma, Lennon, Kendall, Theo, Charlotte, Kamdyn, Isabelle, Connell, Kinsley and Kylie. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Metavivor, Metastatic Breast Cancer Research, Support, and Awareness.
