He was predeceased by: his spouse Towana Buckheim; his parents, Arthur Buckheim and Margaret Buckheim; and his son Steven Kindschi. He is survived by: his children, Robin Makled, Cass Kindschi (Anna), Pamela Sommerville and Thomas Buckheim Jr. (Michelle); his sister Elaine Courtney; and his close friend Norma Lamar.
