He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kozikowski and Sophie Kozikowski. He is survived by: his children, Renee' Toft (Tom) and Ron Henry (Carrie); his grandchildren, Shelby DeJesus (Roy), Eric Toft, Cooper Henry, Reagan Henry and Riley Henry; and his brother Larry (late Linda).
