She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Jr. Dear; her sons, Henry Buffa III (Julie) and Philip; and her brothers, Albert and Salvatore.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lalama (Sandro); her grandchildren, Stefanie (Frank), Joseph (Amanda), Anthony (Caitlyn), Christina (Evan) and Dominic; her great grandchildren, Jack, Frank, Mila and Patrick; and her sister Anna.
