He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Chunchick; his mother Margaret Morris; and his sisters, Vicki and Carla. He is survived by: his children, Craig Chunchick (Kelly), Cyndi Gray (Mike), Steve Wood and Lori Fischer (Ken); his siblings, Karen Chunchick, Rick Chunchick (Jan) and Steve "Skip" Chunchick (Susan); and his close friends, Sam and Frank.
