He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sullins, and Shirley Sullins, Sr.; his brother Donald Sullins, Jr.; his stepfather Edwin Erland; and his aunt Glenna Bonanni.
He is survived by: his daughter Kassandra Sullins; his aunts and uncles, Carol (Roger Curry), June (Mark Wilder), Donnie (Kay Phipps) and Angelo Bonanni; his nieces, Elizabeth Stanek (Scott) and Jessica Duncan (Robert); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Brooklyn, Calvin, Mikayla and Rocco; and his brother Mark Giuliano (Sandy). He is also survived by cousins and other extended family.
