She is survived by: her husband Nasr Mekhael; her children, Shereen Forry (Shawn) and Wessam Mekhael (Lena); her grandchildren, Ethan Forry, Avala, Haven, Xavier, Paxton and Kilian Mekhael; and her siblings, Moheb, Mokhtar, Mamdouh, Ayad, Magda and Mervat.
