He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Sharon Palankas (Ed), Walter (Mary Lou), Randal Buckman, Vicky Buckman, Sylvia Frontiera (William), Sheila Borkowicz (Brian), Richard Schales (Rose), Sandra Adams (Robert) and Mary Thurman (Stewart); and his sister Martha Cayan.
