She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Sr. Carraway and Jeanette Carraway; her children, Hala Kennedy and Omar Mansoor; her grandchildren, Charley Ann, Roxy, Ivy and Layla; and her brothers, Stephan Carraway (Chaunette), Richard Jr. Carraway (Jeanette), Robert Carraway (Cindy) and Jeffrey Carraway. She was also cherished by her family, friends.
Her contributions to the growth and development of her city were a testament to her dedication to making her community a more vibrant and inclusive place for all.
