He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rex Owen and Ethel Wilkins (Kelley); his wife Mary Jean Wilkins of Cheboygan, MI; his children, Kelley Wilkins (Mark DeGennaro) of Darien, CT and Jamie Wilkins (Nikki) of Elk Rapids, MI; and his siblings, Mary Clausen and Keith Wilkins (Ingrid). He was also cherished by his six granddaughters, two nephews, two nieces and many cousins.
