He is survived by: his children, Deborah Locke, Karen Locke and Keith Locke (Tammy); and his siblings, Mary C. Gleba (Gerald), Richard Locke (Mary Ann), John Locke (Cindy) and Mary Jane Hoban. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
