With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances P. Mills (Utica, Michigan), born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathleen. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her sons, Michael (Robin) and Stephen (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Katelyn (Scott), Michael, Mollie, Brooke, Haley and Mackenzie; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Theodore and Eloise; her brother Ronald Payne; and her siblings-in-law, Judith and Neil Hollister. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
