He is survived by: his wife Charlyn; his children, Steve Michaels, John Michaels (Linda), Jeff Michaels (Michele), Amy Pivitt (Mike) and Ashley Michaels; his grandchildren, Connor, Stevie (Jason), Molly (Jacob), Oscar, Jacob, Abbey, Emma and Ella; his sister Sandy Dinger (Roger); and his nephew Michael Dinger.
