She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas McNamara. She is survived by: her children, Melinda McNamara and Thomas McNamara (Misty); and her father Gene Oakley.

In honor of Cynthia's memory, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
