She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Cook; her parents, William Lyle and Ellen Jane Hall; and her siblings, Lonnie Watts and Jeanette "Nanny" Ramey.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jeffrey Cook PharmD (Dana), Jonathan Cook (Paula), Jennifer ILoff (Jason) and Julie Keenan (Erik); her grandchildren, Cassandra Cook, Amanda Cook-Salazar, Nick Hardin (Sara), Jessica Cook, Kayla Cook, Emily ILoff, Anna Zappa, Vincent Zappa, Katie Cook and Jacob ILoff; and her siblings, Don Hall, Teresa, Lewis McKinney, William Hall, Denise Martin, Mark Hall, Bryan Hall (Sue) and Rhonda Cook (Al). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
