We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2024, at the age of 78, Ann Marie Cowie (Utica, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Marie Cowie to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid adieu to Ann Marie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ann Marie has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Fortin and Dorothy Fortin (Dickison); and her brother Richard Fortin. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Cowie; her children, Kim Perez and Denise Briggs (Travis); her grandchildren, Nathaniel Briggs, Connor Briggs and Kali Perez; and her sister-in-law Marie Fortin.
