He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matt and Marie Matt (Stingle); his son John; and his siblings, Fred and Angeline.
He is survived by: his significant other Sally; his children, Kris and Sue; and his sisters, Joan and Mary Jane. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
