He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kemp and Lula Kemp (Gotham); his son Robert; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie M. Wildner; his sons, Eric Kemp (Kara Kohl) and Aaron Kemp; his daughter-in-law Becky Kemp; his grandchildren, Logan, Rachel, Caden, Mason and Erica; and his siblings, Violet Musselman, Donna Parsell, John Kemp (Norma), Rose Faber, Laura Leskowich and Al Kemp (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to ACW Ambulance or the Unionville Fire Department.
