He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Roe and Donna Roe (Kauffman); and his brothers, Howard and Maynard Roe. He is survived by: his wife Ruthann P. Roe; and also, Bradley, Delia Roe, Anthony, Rachelle Roe, Laura, Terry Hadd and Darwin Roe. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
