He is survived by: his parents, Max Eric Carl and Ruth Gwendolyn Newman (Strelow); his spouse Sally W. Perkins; his children, Eric (Jill Edwards), David (Mona) and Matthew (Kerri Mose); his granddaughter Jessa; and also Bob.
