He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Mayhew and Betty Bolden (Heath); and his stepmother Beth Mayhew. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Brown (Candis Dameron), Austin Mayhew (Kylie Landrum) and Shalisa Mayhew; his grandchildren, Easton, River, Gwendolyn, Dixie, Daisy and Kobe; his brother Rob Mayhew (Susan Sakara); his nephew Spencer Mayhew; his niece Bailey Mayhew; and his cousins, Dawn Mayhew Sanchez and Tina Ellis.
