He is survived by: his spouse Gertrude Miller; his children, Debra Murphy of Elkhart, Dee Shirley (Richard) of Middlebury and Dennis Kauffman (Doreen) of Bristol; and his granddaughters, Chrisi Cornell (Todd), Stephanie Marsh (Michael), Rachel Cunningham (Bernard) and Katelyn Shirley.
