He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman M. Bolenbaugh and Arlene M. Bolenbaugh (Bailey). He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Wasko and Kate Bolenbaugh of Fort Myers; his brothers, Mike Bolenbaugh of Jerome and Gary Bolenbaugh of Hudson; and his close friend Steve Brown of East Leroy, MI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
